We specialize in free range, custom fed Korabuta pork. This high quality pork is prized by chefs world wide for its marbling and high quality eating experience. All of our hogs are born  without the use of farrowing crates and raised on our family farm in large cross-fenced pastures located in the oak studded hills of California’s Central Coast. These hogs are custom fed- hormone free and never fed antibiotics.
